On February 23 2019, Magic Clean was invited to attend the volunteering event which was organized by “Hong Kong Christian Service”. At the party, the conference arranges guests to participate in some experience sessions to learn how to explore children’s talents and improve their emotional state through art. The conference also introduced how the newly-built staircase service can help the elderly with mobility problems to improve their lives and bring hope. In the future, Magic Clean will continue to support this meaningful event and expect more disadvantaged communities to benefit.

Magic Clean has always attached great importance to the health of our staff. We understand that it may causes scapulalgia since prolonged use of computer. So, we will arrange professional massagist to provide massage to our staff quarterly in order to relax, we hope it can improve the health of the staff and boost their morale.

Magic Clean was invited by Hong Kong Christian Service to attend the “M3．Pathfinder First Film Award Ceremony” by the youth. On the same day, the four micro-movies were rewarded. From the production and introduction process of the film, the youth’s creativity and enthusiasm for film production can be seen. At the same time, they also share the difficulties and setbacks encountered in the shooting. In the process of solving these difficulties, they understand the importance of teamwork and communication. Whether it is in front of the screen or behind the scene, everyone has their own positions and needs everyone to work together. Struggle, hard work and mutual support are essential factors to complete the work. They also unanimously said that after completing the micro-movies, they both grow a lot, know how to share with others and how to be related to each other, and they will have more confidence in their future entry into the society.

As one of the founding members of the “Caring SME Alliance”, Magic Clean is committed to encouraging more SMEs to practice corporate social responsibility. With the beginning of the new year in 2019, the ” Caring SME Alliance” has prepared a New Year’s gathering, it will be an opportunity for members to nurture networking, and new friends to know our work and share their visions.

Magic Clean glad to have the recognition of The Community Investment and Inclusion Fund of the Labour and Welfare Bureau. We get the “2018 Social Capital Builder Award” , in recognition of the contribution of the company to Hong Kong Capital Development.

In 2019, Magic Clean has upgraded the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) function of the telephone system to improve the waiting time of customers and to get the desired service in the shortest time. After expecting to enhance the IVR function, we hope the quality of our customer service can also be upgraded simultaneously.
